Experience:
| Paul practises as a "general practitioner" in intellectual property and technology law. He handles both contentious and non-contentious matters with a slight "bias" towards contentious matters. His practice includes international disputes involving intellectual property rights as well as a range of commercial transactions relevant to the acquisition and commercialization of intellectual property. Paul also advises on organizational structures for technology related businesses. He regularly handles intellectual property matters before the Australian Federal Court. His personal practice has been ranked Premier in Legal Profiles, and Top Tier and in Doyle’s commentary on Australia’s leading lawyers.
