Experience:
| Nadia was registered as a patent attorney in 1998 and has extensive experience working with patents and designs for both local and international clients and is involved in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, providing infringement and validity opinions, leading patent opposition actions and advising in relation to freedom to operate, novelty and infringement searches for both patents and designs. In 2002 Nadia worked in England with a reputable patent attorney firm to broaden her skills.
Using her mechanical engineering background, Nadia drafts and prosecutes patents for a wide range of inventions including agricultural equipment, medical devices, manufacturing processes, materials handling equipment to engine components and other machinery.
“People often underestimate the value that patents, trade marks and design registrations can bring to their business. They are hidden assets. But I think the general public as well as businesses are becoming savvier when it comes to intellectual property,” says Nadia.
