| Lyn has over 25 years of experience working in the intellectual property protection area and has gained significant experience in all aspects of trade mark law. A registered trade marks attorney, Lyn’s practice ranges from advice on registrability of trade marks, lodgement of applications and trade mark prosecution, to opposition and enforcement of rights.
“Trade mark protection has become much more important over the last 15 years. Companies are aware that people recognise brands, and that brands have the capacity to engender loyalty,” says Lyn.
Lyn joined Griffith Hack in 2001 after working for several years with a patent and trade mark attorney firm, as well as within the intellectual property department of a large law firm in Melbourne. She has developed close business relationships with associates around the world, which provides a strong support base for clients seeking to expand their business activities.
Lyn’s clients include Australian and overseas companies in a wide range of industries. She has managed large international portfolios and provided strategic advice on the expansion of client interests within Australia and overseas.
