Anne is a registered patent and trade mark attorney in both Australia and New Zealand. She is also a qualified lawyer and practices in all areas of intellectual property law, although she specialises in trade mark law. Anne is a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.

As a trade mark law specialist, Anne manages many Australian and international trade mark portfolios. She works with clients in a wide range of industries. Anne is the Convenor of the Trade Marks Committee of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia. In this role, Anne deals extensively with IP Australia on issues concerning trade mark protection in Australia. She also lectures in the subject Trade Mark Practice at Monash University as part of its intellectual property law specialisation courses.
