Experience:
| Having joined Griffith Hack in 2002, and completed his qualifications for registration as a patent attorney in 2005, Andrew has specialised in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications. Andrew also assists clients with trade mark matters, including filing and prosecution of trade mark applications.
With a technical background in chemical engineering, Andrew acts for clients in a wide range of industries including speciality chemicals, materials and metallurgy, waste water treatment, foundry operations, mining, process operations, food, petroleum, petrochemical and other resource sectors. Andrew also has significant experience with drafting patent applications for mechanical inventions. Andrew’s clients range from small to medium Australian businesses, to multinational corporations as well as local research organisations and universities.
