IP Management Consultant Mike Lloyd, spoke to BRR Media about the IP battle set to begin between Yahoo and Facebook. This follows an accusation made by Yahoo last week, that Facebook has violated as many as 20 of its patents.
In the interview, Mike outlines the key findings; whether this particular case could have been predicted using patent analysis methods; Yahoo's previous patent portfolio strike strategy; and possible outcomes that could arise from such a Court battle.
